PRINCIPAL DATABASE GEOLOGIST
Che is a geologist with 25 years experience in the exploration and mining industry. He is a highly skilled geological database engineer, building and modify systems to sustain reliable data processes.
Quality data has the power to influence the success of a project. Che aims to maximise accuracy and efficiency in the database processes, and provide the client with practical user interfaces and visualisation tools.
DENISE RIDDINGTON
PRINCIPAL DATABASE GEOLOGIST
Denise brings 31 years of experience to EarthSQL in gold and base metals. She has extensive knowledge of the exploration - resources - mining timeline as a geologist, database administrator and project manager.
Understanding workflows is the key to improving processes. Denise has designed and implemented new database solutions in Australia and at international operations in Africa, Asia and South America.
FRED McCONVILLE
PRINCIPAL DATABASE GEOLOGIST
Fred is a geologist who went to the dark side of geological databases management early in his career, in an attempt to help those around him and make his own life easier. After 25 years of learning, working, and supporting users in Australia and overseas he is a SQL Server super-user.
With a keen interest in data manipulation and making SQL Server go faster and more efficiently he enjoys converting geologists’ ideas into database solutions.
KELLY DAVIS
SENIOR DATABASE ENGINEER
Kelly has 20 years of experience with mid-tier resource companies managing geological and drilling data using DataShed, Geobank, MSAccess, VBA, SQL Server and PowerBI.
She manages our Quest geological data model, engineers the end-to-end systems, and supports our clients. She is an excellent communicator who quickly identifies and then implements areas for improvements in client processes or data models.
ALISON RAOS
SENIOR DATABASE GEOLOGIST
Alison is a data systems expert with over 15 years experience managing spatial geological data within the minerals industry.
She has worked in projects in Africa, Scandinavia, Europe and Latin America where she provided high-level guidance and support for the technical business analysis, development, implementation and integration of geological data management systems across a range of different deposit and commodity types.
BIANCA PIETRASS-WONG
SENIOR DATABASE GEOLOGIST
Bianca has worked as a freelance geologist for many years and brings a broad range of geological experience to EarthSQL including open pit and underground mine geology, mapping, modelling, exploration drilling, tenement management and mines department reporting.
She has extensive knowledge of database management and data model development using MSAccess.

DEVELOPER
Daniel is a recent Bachelor of Information Technology graduate with excellent data engineering, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
His expertise encompasses Power BI and the programming languages Python, R, SQL, VBA, and HTML. He enjoys collaborating with others to develop innovative solutions that meet business requirements.
NICOLE FOLEY
DATABASE GEOLOGIST
Nicole has worked in the mining industry for 15 years across exploration, open cut mining and petroleum drilling projects. In addition to these field skills, she also has digital skills in data management, resource modelling and reporting.
She has a keen eye for detail and enjoys working with data.
